Nompendulo Nkadimeng is the Owner and Director of SHEQ Intelligence and a SHEQ practitioner with 13 years of health, safety and environmental experience, including six years of internal ISO monitoring and auditing.
She holds a B.Tech and a Diploma in Environmental Health, with additional training in Integrated ISO Management Systems, internal auditing, SAMTRAC General Industry and SAMTRAC Construction. She is registered with the HPCSA as an Environmental Health Practitioner in the Independent Practitioner category and is a Graduate Member of SAIOSH. Her expertise includes workplace risk assessments, inspections, incident investigation, emergency preparedness and practical management system support. She also develops and presents workplace inductions, SHEQ awareness sessions and safety talks, and creates practical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), safe work procedures (SWPs), policies, checklists and safety files tailored to business activities.
She has also completed Data Analytics Foundation through DeepLearning.AI, supporting her continued development in data-informed practice.
As a Director and Board Member at AI101 Academy, she also contributes to advancing AI education and digital skills. She brings a preventative, practical approach to helping organisations protect people and strengthen their operations.
